At Wise Trust Travel and Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for your convenience and transparency.

1. Flight Tickets

• Refunds depend on the airline’s individual policy.

• Some fares may be non-refundable.

• In case of eligible refunds, processing may take 7–15 working days after airline confirmation.

• Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

2. Hotel Bookings

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in may qualify for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in may incur full charges, depending on hotel policy.

3. Visa & Work Permit Services

• Once a visa application has been submitted, service fees are non-refundable.

• If the embassy or consulate rejects the application, only applicable government fees may be refunded (if permitted).

4. Tours & Packages

• Cancellations made 15 days before departure may receive up to 50% refund, depending on vendor policies.

• Cancellations made within 15 days are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are made via bank transfer or the original payment method.

• To initiate a refund, please email info@wisetrusttravelandtourism.com with your booking reference and reason.

6. Force Majeure

Wise Trust Travel and Tourism is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
